Had swishy sounds coming from my brakes, and looking for a reputable brake shop I came upon Karl’s Automotive that had nothing but great reviews. Got an appointment (necessary because they’re super busy), and took my truck in while bracing for a very expensive repair. Karl said new rotors and brake pads were needed, and one hour later I drove out a very happy camper! I have found my new mechanic! Very friendly and honest, and (gasp!) very reasonable in their prices! Terrific experience!

We highly recommend Karl and his team of experts! We were about 45 minutes into our trip from TX to KY (~700 miles) in our 2000 Excursion when we realized that the brakes (we just had replaced by another group in Willis the prior week) were heating up the wheels. Fortunately, Karl came highly recommended by a nearby Discount Tire team. Karl had the parts to address the situation and replaced the brakes (with better ones). Super knowledgeable and super nice. The ride was super smooth to KY and we have a new mechanic for life! Thanks Karl and team.
