This is my number one go to. The staff and owner are down to earth good guys and they are honest and reliable. More than once they have charged me nothing but fixed little easy issues they didn't have to. I've never been to anything like it. Thanks guys!

We were traveling through, when we lost our transmission. This team was so helpful, did everything they could to get us back on the road. They went above and beyond to get us all fixed up as quickly as they could, and gave us a perfect estimation of when the work would be complete. So thankful for their diligent work. Highly recommend.

Todd is absolutely wonderful. Used karnes before we moved to Kansas and was able to call him up and ask about something we were having fixed where we live now. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand and retain.

Al (front office) is a good guy but the owner Todd himself is unprofessional and rude. Terrible encounter as he told me I was bringing his shop “bad business” when it was his shop that did the work. Blame game on the customer. Said he’d shred the invoice to call it even for the work done. Hostile after asked about the job. Uncalled for and told me to leave. I did not yell and I was speechless after how he talked down to me in-front of his employees who stood there to listen.
