Kars On King Auto Center

I purchased a vehicle from Kars on King, and just three months later they claim they can’t put a new inspection sticker on the same vehicle they sold me. When I first called about it, they told me I could bring it in after fixing my damaged windshield and they’d replace the inspection stickers for a small fee. Now, they’re demanding much more. When I asked about it, the owner got snappy and disrespectful — all I did was try to bring the car in as agreed. It’s frustrating that they refuse to stand behind their own vehicle and won’t even replace the inspection stickers they originally put on it. Save yourself the headache — I’d take my business elsewhere.

I just bought my 2nd car from David, Jose, and the team at Kars on King. Unfortunately, the first car I bought from them was totaled in an accident, but I went to Kars on King, again, right away because of the excellent buying experience I had with Jose. This time they had another car that I was interested in, and I worked with David. He gave the same outstanding experience. They are straightforward with what you are purchasing from them, they're easy to work with, fast and efficient, fairly priced, and focused on the customer's needs (including taking care of a special request for free). Thank you David, Jose, and team. You have a customer for life. I will go again and I highly recommend you do as well.

Took my vehicle there to get fixed. They were pleasant and professional. They kept in touch with me letting me know what's going on. Called me before they had to do any other work and waited for my approval. Didn't change the price on me. They were efficient and great costumer service. I would recommend them.

We bought our daughter’s first car from Kars on King. The entire process of very smooth, straightforward and the owner was professional. In the end - we bought an inexpensive, reliable car that our daughter absolutely loves!

I’m surprised at the number of bad reviews here. While I have never purchased a car from them, they have been my go-to mechanic for years now. In that time I have only been met with honesty, consistently great rates, and no problems. They’re always informative, helpful, and kind, and have earned my trust over the years.
