Lovely people with an extremely helpful office staff, but they don’t seem to know their own capacity for business. I took my Altima down on a Tuesday morning for basic maintenance on a possible A/C system leak/transmission issue, after calling the previous week to gauge whether or not it was something they could assess. The lady I spoke with was well informed and gave me notice that it may take some time as they are booked out, but she would call after they got a chance to look at it. I received no call all day Tuesday, so when closing time rolled around the next day I decided to go see what the hold up was, only to find out my car had not been touched. Over 24 hours they had my car after I scheduled an appointment the previous week, all for no assessment or insight. Again, lovely staff b

KARS checked my truck for an engine stalling problem. They thoroughly checked everything on the truck and resolved the problem causing the stalling. Very nice people to work with. I will be taking my other vehicles to them for any work neeeded and recommend KARS for your automotive repair needs.

The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell tires. They really are a one stop shop. K. Greene
