I didn't want this branches excellent customer service to go unnoticed! Not once, but on two occasions I came into this State Farm for help. Patricia helped me again and was so patient and made me feel so welcomed. She treated me like a valued customer; when she helped me with my paperwork. Its not that many companies that make you feel special in 2025! In fact, this is the first positive insurance review I have ever written in my life! I really appreciate how this branch made me feel!

Just terrible, have been with this agent for over 15 (32 years with state farm exclusively) they just keeping getting worst and worst. They will write you a policy not taking into consideration what the actual liabilities are. I'm pretty sure they just write a policy to get it thru and take no consideration what they are actually insuring. I bought a property for $525k and the replacement cost was $75K, come on! Kathy can't seem to keep her employees happy that is why every time I call a different person answers with less and less knowledge of the insurance industry answers. No one wants to stick around for this agent. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT.
