Extremely Unprofessional Service Experience Dear Owner I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today. After waiting more than four hours for a job that was originally estimated to take one hour, I found out that the mechanic or manager had misplaced/lost an original part. Instead of being transparent and addressing the issue properly, I was sent home without the correct part installed. As a result, I had to miss work and return to the shop to have the situation corrected. Upon returning, rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes before being assisted. I am currently still waiting. Great Job they did on my radiator and ac repair. their warranty is solid too. after repairing my car I had a minor issue, I came back and they fixed it free. They also helped with my warranty claim with car max. This guys are good at auto repairs
