Spoke to gentleman about my car needing a tow and some work. He was so informative. He sent his driver Quentin out to help me right away and he was super fast, very polite and professional. Told me everything I needed to know about the business and took care of things proficiently. Highly recommend if you need towing and Auto Care check these guys out!

I bought my car into the shop, smoking and hardly running and it was dripping oil all over. David saved my engine, when we thought it was gone. He was able to restore it like new for a very good price. He worked hard on my car, and I was able to save money during the process. When I arrived to pick my car up, it was super clean and detailed, and David even cleaned my engine like new. I was very happy with the service, and I was shown a video through the whole process of the job. I highly recommend Katy Car Care Center, if you want a company who you can trust!

They are very friendly and helpful. I had my car towed by them, they responded pretty quick and communicated with me throughout the whole process of diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. I decided to have my car repaired with them and they worked pretty quick on it and again communicated with me throughout the whole process (replacing a fuel pump). They even sent videos documenting what was done. David has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, would highly recommend them! I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle since I picked it up. Thank you!

Took my truck in to get brakes replaced and was very well pleased. David took great care of the situation, I was given a thorough inspection with actual photos and videos of the assessed damage. No work was done until I had given the ok and once all was completed, they tested everything multiple times to make sure the work was performed as good as possible. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs and applaud their phenomenal work.

Went there today to ask about my Air Bag light and David came out to help me with my older car. He explained the process to me and did a whole car diagnostic test and came back with issues I need to attend to. Older car, many issues of course. I will go back when possible to get what I need fixed and will ask for David since he was knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk rep was nice also.
