One of my good friends, got into an accident in October 2025. I was involved with helping translate. The tow truck took his car from Spring to Katy collision center. Krystal at the front desk would hang up the phone multiple times even with the insurance associate on the line. He finally got his car back yesterday January 7th 2026. There's multiple complaints about their service. The accident ripped off the front bumper almost completely. Upon return, there is a missing cover in the front bumper and the rear bumper has 2 gouges that were not there before. They tried saying the damage was already there to begin with, but then the gentleman named Pablo confirmed the damage was not there when the vehicle arrived. They detained the car an extra day for "detail" and the car is filthy. When driv
4 months and 2 weeks! Can you go that long without your vehicle? Well we did! So if your answer is no, RUN or DRIVE as fast as you can away from this place. Your insurance doesn’t even provide rentals for that long. Months and months of POOR communication and POOR workmanship. Yes they got new management within that time frame - that’s their “excuse” for how long it’s taken, however, it was finally “ready” last weekend after THREE people test drove it and gave it the okay, I go to pick up said vehicle and guess what!? We find over 10 things wrong with it. How can someone overlook such obvious errors. (See pics). Also!! The truck was making a clanking noise which the manager (he’s an idiot) said was from age of the vehicle. No sir, it was from the missing screws on the fenders. 3 people ove
So there was a bad accident that my mother and father in law were in and we needed to get medical records for my wife after being in the hospital, and my father in law needed his insulin that this girl didn't even try to help us with and for the first time in years I completely lost my temper. Then if that wasn't bad enough the woman thought I was "recording" her and consider what she was like already, I wish made it look I was more. Not only did I lose almost 300 getting the Suburban out, they also charged an additional 100 in cash just to move it out of the lot. And the woman gave me the receipt to sign I grabbed it and told me "You shouldn't snatch that out of my hand" which considering her 'big' position in more ways than one, I tuned her out. I do not recommend this body shop at all. At first I thought everything was good. But at the end of the day they went back on their word with everything. At first they said that deductible would be covered and the rental. But yet they didn't cover anything they charged us almost $2,000 for a rental had the vehicle for extreme amount of time, over 3, months saying they waiting on parts. While they was jacking up there prices to the insurance company they also charged us for the deductible that they said they would cover. I was out of work and my dad has cancer but yet they knew this and only looked out for their selves.
Do NOT use this shop after an accident. I was originally told my car would be ready in 30 days. It took 90 days, and the vehicle is still not fully repaired. Communication was terrible. There’s constant staff turnover, and they almost never answer the phone. The only time anything moved forward was when I called with my insurance agent on the line. After two weeks of no progress, I tried to retrieve my vehicle and was told I’d be charged $6,527, even though little to no work had been done. I felt forced to leave my car there and was promised it would be ready by early October. By late October, I had to physically go to the shop just to get updates.
