Katy Exhaust Pros Plus

I took my Miata in to have a full engine reseal and a new clutch installed at Katy Exhaust Pros Plus, and I really cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations in every way. Tracy helped me through the entire process, and he was more than fantastic. Not only was he extremely communicative, sending me detailed pictures of the work in progress, but he also took the time to walk me through every step of the process. I went somewhere else and the guy didn’t even look at my car and quoted me $950. I was referred to this shop by another business. They lifted my car up and explained in great detail what the issue was and didn’t try to upsell. During the fix, they found another issue and it still wasn’t an upsell. The did a repair on my Catalytic Converter & Exhaust. They fixed it for $250 within an hour I was out. My car is fixed and isn’t making noise anymore and I saved myself $700. These guys are great. I bought a used pick up about a month ago and it had the exhaust cut off about mid way through the cab. That noise drove me nuts. Chris was able to give me a quote and an estimate completion time of 2hrs and he was able to deliver that under the estimated time. I 100% will be a returning customer. A well deserved 5 ⭐️’s.
