Katyland Wash N Go

Hey I really don’t hate this place it is really great and the only self-serve car wash. I have been able to find in town. I would just like some help. I did my card and the card reader and I could not cancel the transaction once I was finished therefore, I’m worried I’m racking up a charge. Please give me a hand.

Nothing works. 3 bays have what’s left of card readers. None of them work. Only 2 are usable bays as the spray gun spring is bent down in the center.

Terrible the bay I used took 5 dollars and soap never dispensed moved to next bay it took ten dollars from my card instead of 3.09 and car still not clean no one onsite of course to talk too

******!!!!!Do not use!!!!!******* A dark vehicle parked within 5 feet of my truck as I was prepping to clean. Windows were so dark that I could not see who was inside or what they were doing. The driver sat inside for at least 2-3 minutes and I did glance a few times, as this seemed awkward and borderline unsafe. As a 21 year veteran with 7 combat tours, I prioritize situational awareness, and being “ready”. This lady jumps out of the vehicle to confront me. She yells “is there a problem?” I asked her what is she talking about and she says “well you are staring In my truck as if you have a problem”. I told her that I have the right to be aware of my surroundings and for her to continue on with her business. She then tells me “I am the owner, I can do what I want to do”. I told her she doe

It was the most amazing experience of my life cardo had exceptional customer service this Guh really deserves a promoting . He also shine my tires spontaneously that I can see my reflection through them I highly recommend this Car wash in Katy
