Ray from Kauff’s Towing was great. Avis dispatched them after we locked our keys in the trunk, and Ray showed up quickly and got the door open without any issues. Professional, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend.

We were involved in a hit and run with a stolen vehicle. Our tow truck driver (Roy) was super friendly and dropped us off at a safe location and waited until we could get an Uber to take us back to our hotel. He went above and beyond his duty in my opinion. He helped our mind frame tremendously. We are from Pennsylvania and this happened off a highway near Miami. He deserves a raise in my opinion. 😃

Roy was the best tow truck driver I have ever experienced! I drive an old vehicle and break downs are pretty common- I have never had someone as attentive to detail as Roy- we were in a really risky and dangerous spot and he was able to move quickly but also make sure everyone was safe and secure! 10/10!!

Driver Roy is excellent person. Very cooperative and patient. These people are great and I highly recommend them.

They got me out of a tight area with my semi truck. This can be a problem with household moving. They were very professional and got my trailer moved over about 5 feet to get me out and on the road. If in the area again and need help, they are my first choice.
