If you have a utility trailer don’t bother calling anyone else just call Kauff’s Towing . I threw a hub on my dual axel trailer . Had to be towed . The first company that showed up would not remove the bed rails from the flatbed to load the trailer then wanted to argue with me about it . I called Kauffs and my driver Angel #537 arrived . He removed the bed rails and loaded the trailer to go to the shop . What a professional driver / operator. No damage to the trailer loading & unloading. He used all extra safety straps for transit. I’m a retired Police Officer who spent 15 yrs working Traffic Homicide so I do know what I am speaking about both professionally and personally. Our BMW over heated on the turnpike we contacted Kauff's towing. The gentleman who drove us to BMW was very kind and took great care of our car and us. I couldn't get over how fast he got our car on the tow truck. He did it with a lot of care and got us inside the can fast it was 110 that day. We appreciate how great this company was and our driver.

I can't believe they have a driver like the one we had to deal with on Monday, July 21, 2025, I95 Southbound from Palm Beach County until Fort Lauderdale, FL. All that trajectory, the driver was on the left line in the highway with his huge truck towing another big truck, and a long line of driver jist had to wait behind him. Pictures here. 551/20. Responsive and efficient! I had to have a car towed from a home to a repair shop in the Jupiter/Tequesta area and Kauff's was onsite within an hour and on their way quickly and efficiently. Their team, from the initial phone call to dropping the car off, were professional and efficient. Love the "we'll take care of everything for you" attitude. And, all at a very reasonable price!

We needed shipping container delivered and found out Kauff could do it! They were reasonable in price and quick to assist. Jason was very nice and knew what he was doing! When we found out there was a bee hive under it and it would make his working conditions not so pleasant, he still figured out a way to get the job done! His work ethic is rare in today’s world. Extremely grateful for him making the experience smooth!
