I bought a new bike here a 2025 Kawasaki ZX 10R with 0 miles at the time of purchase when I bought it I asked the dealer to lower it for me so I left it in the shop at the dealer. I asked the salesman if they were going to have to ride the bike , given that it had 0 miles and it was a new bike and I didn’t want any miles put on it. He said at the most it would only be 2-3 miles and only so they could make sure everything was working with the bike. When I finally picked up the bike it had 25 miles on the odometer, normally I wouldn’t be too upset about this but the problem is it was a new motorcycle with 0 miles and I was lied to by the salesman who assured me the max they would ride it would be 2 to 3 miles. Coming back with 25 miles means it was driven far, and when I asked him about it,

Spoke over the phone with Edward and I told him it was my first time buying a bike and that I would need some help deciding which to buy. He told me he would show me some models and help me a bit better when I arrived at the store, however when I got there he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him which bike had interested me online and that I could be persuaded into buying other bikes if the ones I wanted were unavailable but he kept telling me that they didn’t have the one I wanted and when I asked him about other models he was extremely unhelpful and just kept asking me what I wanted when I clearly said I didn’t know much about bikes since I was a first time buyer.
