Sold my car and needed a car ASAP. Guy that helped me was super chill and understanding, helped me finance a Honda Civic with no issues, explained everything and answered every single question I had. Would 10/10 recommend going here.

I have owned my vehicle for over a month and experienced multiple issues. The staff at the dealership were somewhat vulgar but friendly to a degree. They assured us there were no problems with the 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited, but fluid began leaking during our four-hour drive home. My husband called Kay Motors to explain the situation, and we were told we could either drive it back to get our money refunded or continue home. We have taken the vehicle to the local Jeep dealership three times for repairs. We even took it in for a diagnostic because the Service Shifter warning kept activating, and we spent another $1,000 on parts, not including labor. 🚨‼️**2/11** UPDATE. BUYER BEWARE. ‼️🚨Trust me when I tell you run don’t walk. These guys are complete scammers. i’m less than six months of bullshit on a vehicle and have any issues since day one. Less than six months I need to replace the harnessing to the headlights, brakes are bad, Would not pass the safety / emissions inspection I had done afterward. No I was just told by Firestone I have either a cracked cylinder or blown head gasket. Frankly, I hope their business fails for screwing people and hope these dishonest folks get run out of town. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS!! You’ll lose a ton of money like I did.

We bought this 2008 CRV about a month ago. They sold it to us with a passed state safety and emissions inspection. We should have had them show us the brake pads because there was none left on several. The day after the sale the check engine light came on. We took it to Fred's and found the catalytic converter was bad and the spool valve needed replacing. $1000 of work now and another $1600 in two years when the state inspection comes up again. Would not buy from them again. 3/1/25 The owner had someone post a fake positive review with the same photo from my review.
