We loved our experience with DJ. This was our first time buying a new-used vehicle from a large dealership. DJ was personable and helpful. We love our vehicle. Our only complaint would be it was a little clumsy of a process. They just seemed to be very busy. In the end, they did a great job working with us and making sure we were taken care of. Rene (I believe) was great and made some fixes to our purchase agreement and got us fully taken care of. We will likely go back here again in the future. Like I said, my only complaint was a little bit of a chaotic feeling in arranging everything but that can happen when you've got a few things going on at once.

Andrew was super friendly and very accommodating. They provided plenty of information for an out of state purchase and were great with communication. Would definitely recommend. *review edit* After picking me up from the airport, Andrew went out of his way to give me the Wisconsin hospitality I had hoped for. Kayser dealership was a fun experience and everyone there was super friendly. The whole process was simple and easy. What really made it special was the Wisconsin gift box full of cheese and the beer after work. I feel like I made a new friend to go along with this awesome vehicle.

I highly recommend Kayser! Justin, the used car manager is over the top amazing! And car salesman, Miguel was a pleasure to work with! This is the only place I will return to for my car buying needs. So helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Don’t look elsewhere, you will be very pleased buying from Kayser in Sauk!

I called 5 times in one day and was only able to get ahold of someone once, for the service department after they wouldn’t answer my call when they transferred me to service. I didn’t hear back from them all day. Scheduled an appointment online, when I finally was able to speak to someone. They failed to accurately disclose their diagnostic fee. Drive two vehicles for drop off more than an hour one way then found out they were overpriced and 50% more expensive than a competitors jeep dealers repair rate. The woman at the service counter was not knowledgeable of the vehicle warranty their auto dealer group sold, she was rude when we arrived and made disrespectful insinuations while using improper and unprofessional tone. I would NEVER use this dealership for anything. BUYER BEWARE!

Dante was great to work with on different occasions. I was looking for a vehicle for our business a year ago and didn’t end up purchasing. However last December I was looking for a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat and Dante was there for me again. Dante made sure that I understood all the details about the vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable with the power. He wasn’t just trying to push the car on me. Having a dealership that cares is awesome! Lucky to have such great people in Sauk City and for the community. Keep up the good work Kayser Chrysler Sauk City!
