Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown

I recently purchased a "Certified" Dodge from this dealership in Watertown. Upon driving it in my garage when I came home it was noticed that neither the washer fluid hose, or the air intake were properly connected. While these were very simple repairs i was able to complete, my concern was, I am now with a vehicle that could have had lack of any air filtration, doing possible unseen damage to the engine. More concerning, was that the "certified checklist" stated all these items were checked as meeting standards. To be fair, they did offer to come and fix the issues, but I had already completed them. I inquired about the 3 day return policy as I felt that was a safer route given the now unknown condition of the engine in the vehicle. Since the vehicle was picked up on a Friday evening

Well, I kinda did a thing last Friday. And for the most part, it is BLACK... Thank you to everyone at KAYSER!!! What an amazing staff. No pressure and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. You even let me drive around for the couple of hours that it took for my bank to get the paperwork together. BATMAN is pleased!! 🦇

I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a quality vehicle for a great price. Scott and Kyle made the whole process very simple and smooth. I did a pre-approval online and within less than 24 hours from when I first talked to them I was in my vehicle. This was important because I was only on town for a couple days for a wedding.

They are very good. I like the people who work there are very sociable. They did not try to tell me there was something wrong when there wasn't. I will definitely keep taking my vehicle there. Very good car dealer. If I ever want to trade in my jeep I will talk to them. Eric who works there was good at explaining things to me. He was very friendly.
