Kevin and his entire team of mechanics and front desk were exceptional. I’m from Indiana and our bus needed some repairs. From the first phone call I was greeted with kindness and great service. I truly appreciate all the work that was done. Flanner House of Indianapolis Inc thanks you all!!!

Excellent customer service and quick with trouble shooting our E450 Jayco camper. 1,000 miles from home our check engine light came on. They squeezed us into their schedule and within a short time they called to confirm it was done and fixed. Jennifer was extremely nice and efficient. All fixed and still working normal. I do not understand the negative reviews and would say that they are likely exaggerated cases, but I believe that they would do whatever it takes to make it right.

Have a fleet of trucks and have been using Kayser service for years. Just like many businesses, Kayser lost all it's knowledgable staff after covid. I've had my 3/4 ton trucks in several times (2019 and 2020). Make appointments and then they don't physically work on the trucks for days after the appointment. Getting parts ordered also takes up to a week. What if they looked at the truck the day of the appointment and then order parts? Had one of them in for an alignment (and other things). Alignment was "done" with a steering wheel that was about 10 degrees off and pulled to the left. Had to make another appointment to "fix" and got back and wasn't fixed! I know they are swamped but maybe fix it the first time! It would be one things if it was just the truck service but customer service is

Be careful going here. Took my truck in with check engine light on and was told def heater failed. So took back on scheduled day and during replacement the mechanic broke a $600+ part and made me pay for it. So a $700 bill turned into a $1700 bill. Got to leave and check engine light still on. Now it turns into an electrical issue so they fixed that. Another $480+ and check engine light still on. Take back again and now it’s an inline def heater costing me another $1000. So in the end it’ll cost me $3200+ for them to learn what they are doing. First I run a business, if I broke something it would be on me.

Shout out to Jessica who took my phone call. We go to Ford for most of our vehicle service needs. Haven't been disappointed. But today this hard worker impressed with knowledge about transmission, power train manufacturer warranty information, and great communication and service. Ford is lucky to have her. Thanks, Jessica.
