I was referred to K.C. Martin by my neighbor. He was right by recommending them. My Subaru has had some transmission issues lately and had a costly job already performed at another auto mechanic. Although this was a separate issue from the previous one, K.C.'s team was thorough in explaining the details of what was going on with my car and made the repair in a timely manner. My consultant Terrence did a terrific job of keeping me informed and up to date on the status. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my recent car woes. I was delighted to find out that the final cost totaled under $500 from the original quoted cost. I'm happy to know that I have a place that I can bring our other cars to in the future. This place was recommended by triple A, the shop told me that the alternator needed to be replaced, cost almost 1500 to get it fixed. Picked up my car and drove for a few days and realized the coolant was empty causing my car overheated. I lifted up the front hood and was shocked that the hose that transfer the coolent fluid to the radiator came loose and bursting out hot fluid everywhere see picture. I called them about it but the service was terrible. They denied right away. They explained the radiator and the alternator are nowhere near and they didn't touch the radiator. I told them that in order to access my car alternator they must go through the area where they detached the hose and neglected when reconnected. Straight to the point and fixed my issue fast. I had my front headlights out. I work all day and I was concerned with having my car in a shop. Someone was available even before the shop opens, so I was able to drop my car off before work at 8am, then they called me during my lunch break and was able to pick up my car. They also did not over charge me. They charged me the right amount for the part and right amount for the labor being done. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

In response to the owners reply: I guess the person who took a second look was blind, as your negligence is written all over the technician’s report I shared. The report speaks for itself; missing bolts, unsecured straps... careless workmanship that led to the fuel pump disconnecting while driving. The lack of accountability displayed by your repeated attempts to deflect responsibility every time you get an honest review of your poor performance is embarrassing. Instead of acknowledging the clear evidence of substandard work that led to a serious safety issue, you’ve chosen to shift blame and minimize the problem. I’ve never personally been to K.C. Martin, but they made such a lasting impression on my mother! I was in the car with her while she spoke with Terrence, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful with all her questions. He made her feel so comfortable and at ease that she jokingly asked what kind of treat he’d like. When he replied, “I love cheesecake,” my mother — who never buys gifts for service workers — actually went to The Cheesecake Factory, bought one, and delivered it to him herself!
