After speaking to Alex about my issues , and they were addressed ! I was asked to remove my first post about KC quality transmission and the owner Alex .... after giving it much thought ! I decided to change my post, even though we had a disagreement ! his shop does excellent work and I never had a problem with the workmanship and the service that was performed on my vehicle, and yes I would recommend this shop to a family member or friend with a transmission problems , as I said , the work was excellent , JUST MAKE SURE TO HAVE A UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK BEING DONE BEFORE ITS BEING DONE ! ALSO ! DONT NEVER SIGN A RECEIPT WITHOUT READING IT FIRST ! Thanks to K C transmission and Alex for a great job on my baby ! LEXUS LS 460L ! 😎✌🏽🚘

Horrible sever called to do business an he hung up on my face rude customer service quality of services is horrible doing yourself a disservice by supporting

Honestly horrible experience, had my transmission rebuilt twice with them, first time it last about 18 months with only 10k miles when it gave out, took it back to them with it being out of warranty of course. The transmission was rebuilt again. They said it was my fault that I drove the car aggressively and that's why the transmission gave out, even if I drove the car aggressively like they said it shouldn't have gave out specially after paying over 3K, 90% of those 10k miles where highway miles only. Second time it got rebuilt it only last 6 months I did not take it back to them because I didn't pay the extra 1500 for warranty I took it to another place and they did the mistakes they made and only charge me 150. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere maybe the parts came defectiv

I came to the shop due to experiencing some car trouble. I gave Alex a call over the phone to get some more information regarding my cars problem. After the call I stopped by the shop and was able to diagnose the issue. It wasn’t too long of a process but he had my car ready by the next morning. Great service and even better explanation of the steps it would take to fix my car. Definitely I recommend this place on any transmission repair.

Got referred by a mechanic (Phillips) 🙄who diagnosed my check engine light being on that My "Transmission circuit sensor A High". when my friend and I arrived their demeanor was already off. He was more concerned about our parking. When we finally parked according to the limited small and narrow driveway with one parking spot available and a spot in the shop. Once we parked correctly when we began to get out our car's he started walking away🤔😳 once we caught up to him and showed him what Phillips told us to show him and get an estimate, he asked me what year which is a 04 Lincoln LS with 192k miles he immediately told us it was unrepairable. Seem like he didn't want to do the work or it wasn't enough$$$ to waste his time.. On another note, I hate to pull out my race card but gotdayum some
