She diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repairs in simple terms, and completed the work without any unexpected costs. I brought my truck in with multiple issues and out of options as we could not afford to take it anywhere else they wanted thousands to fix it. I brought it in and they were very kind and got us in fast and we were able to finance with snap and get it all paid for. We are beyond thankful for them, their service, continuously keeping in touch and updating us and patience. We are hoping to take our second vehicle there in the next coming months.

KC’s solved a quirky problem with our Lexus RX350 where the engine quit after each fuel refill. 3 other shops looked for electrical issues to no avail. I was so pleased that I took my F150 in for brakes, radiator flush, and rotate/balance. I find KC’s shop to be skilled technicians, reasonable pricing, and expedient. The office communication was timely and effective. KC’s Automotive is my new go to auto shop!
