This guy sucks. The 2009 Smart car I bought online, after Chris told me it was great, caught fire in my driveway after driving it 3.5 miles. I couldn't open the broken trunk to open the engine compartment to put the fire out, so I had to hose from the inside of the car and underneath to try to get it out. Luckily, it didn't burst into flames, it was just smoldering and white smoke was pouring out for about forty minutes. It arrived with no front brake pads left, seized rear drum calipers, no brake fluid, and a pool noodle gorilla taped over the inoperative hatch to close the gap from the maladjusted cabriolet top. A Complete Nightmare — The Most Dishonest and Irresponsible Dealership I’ve Ever Encountered If you value your money, your sanity, or even the basic expectation of honesty, stay as far away from KD’s Auto Sales as possible. I don’t usually write reviews, let alone ones this long, but my experience was so shockingly bad that I feel a responsibility to warn anyone considering doing business with them. I purchased a 1950 Ford F1 from KD’s Auto Sales for $33,000, plus a $1,900 delivery fee, after being reassured multiple times that the truck was in solid condition. I called, asked questions, and relied on what they told me. The online listing backed up those assurances. They had every opportunity to be upfront. I made an offer in April 2024 on a beautiful 1953 Ford Coupe. They wouldn’t accept. I told the man that I would be back with a better offer and asked if he could get a worker to take care of the chrome(front,rear bumpers and grille as they were beginning to turn orange)no answer. The listing was removed. It appeared again in December. They told me it was one original owner(lie). I paid their price. I had them deliver it(2 months later) they also told me it had 7,000 original miles. Well it really had 17,000. The car arrived at dusk. I walked around the car, the driver wanted to know if it was the wrong car. I said no but it’s not the car I paid for. Well, all the chrome on the car was ruined, bubbles of rust down low. Painted the wrong color(from original). The cost of re-chroming the bump
