This was the best experience I have ever had for car repairs. The honesty, transparency, and expectation setting were greatly appreciated. You can't go wrong with Keane's - before you do anything else go talk to them first - excellent customer service and industry knowledge.

I am really surprised by the friendly and courteous nature of Joe at Keane's Auto Body Inc. I went today with a 2017 Kia Sorento, whose handle door was broken. It came out due to ice. They fixed it within few minutes and did *not* even charge me a penny. And, honestly, this is the first time I ever visited them because a friend recommended me. Hats off to them! Thank you.

Highly recommend Keane Auto Body! Excellent work, customer service, timeliness, and convenience. They take care of every detail including what I consider to be above and beyond stuff like coordinating with rental car company to have onsite for drop off and even cleaned the inside and out of the car upon completion of the work! Super friendly, responsive, I cannot say enough. If you find yourself in need of auto body work, Keane is the best choice!

Joe and everyone in the office were super transparent, nice, and respectful. Great work on my new grill, and took it upon themselves to buff and clean my headlight covers and front bumper on their own. High quality service and high quality people.
