Kearny Collision

Took my Chrysler 300 to have the front bumper replaced after someone hit me and it was damaged pretty badly. Kearny Collision was recommended to me by a friend, and when I called NJM, my insurance company, I was advised to take it to Kearny Collision as it is a NJM Certified auto body repair location used BY NJM. I was so happy. I dropped my car off on January 19th and Kearny Collision made arrangements with Enterprise Rentals to secure a rental for me. Enterprise came to pick me up and take me for my rental. When I was picking up my car after repairs were done, I drove my rental back to Enterprise, returned it, paid my bill, which was reasonable. and then they drove me back to Kearny Collision to pick up my Beautiful, like brand new off the showroom floor when I bought it in2016!!! This is the third time I have used them for repairs over the last 19 years. They're always friendly, helpful, and give you a reasonable price. The work always looks good and done in a good amount of time. This is the first time I've been to them since they added their automated updating system which I appreciated getting consistent updates on the status of my vehicle. Will continue to use them for future repairs.

If you own a premium car, do NOT take your car here! Scott and his son, Scott, have been siphoning money from insurance companies for many years without performing the work specified in the paperwork. I hope the insurance companies read this review and become discerning and cautious about this body shop. My father had used this shop for his Toyota Camry and Progressive insurance said they were reputable. Nothing could be further from the truth with my vehicle. I have a BMW X6M which had the passenger front fender damaged along with damage to the tire and some curb rash. When talking to Scott, I asked if I could arrange to pay separately to have my rear rim also powder coated and fix a chip on the driver’s side rear wheel fender.
