I have been to a lot of shops, dealerships and mechanics. However, the customer service rendered at this facility was top-notch. I would like to give a personal thank you to Sean(Shawn), Nathan and John. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done and correct. The dealership unfortunately had a miscommunication with the tires on my car, but they quickly noticed it and corrected myself and got the proper tires placed on the vehicle. They didn’t try to make me feel bad about it. They didn’t try to belittle me. They were very concerned and followed through with everything with every bit of paperwork and up-to-date knowledge on what was going on with my vehicle. I would recommend this place to everyone. They are good with workmanship and customer service but their prices are too high even with the Disabled Veteran discount that I received. If price is not your priority but customer service/workmanship are then this is the place for you. I will be shopping around when I need 1 to 2 more tires in the next year though.

If you are in Peachtree City GA and are in need of service for your vehicle. Please give this place a try. I spoke with John , he was very helpful in educating me about what my vehicle needed and he insured I was taken care of. I received great service and I was met with kindness during our 1st interaction. If you want care for your car that is more than just a service this is the place for you. When I'm in town I wouldn't go to any place but Kedron Tire.

TIRE DISCOUNTERS in Peachtree City Georgia Has an AMAZING staff and workers From Sean to Nate to the entire crew. All of them stand out individually in their own unique way from customer service to knowing their job to doing their job so I'm not going to call everybody's name. The most important is that they all work together as a team and I recommend anyone. To go and see for yourself. They will take good care of your vehicle , and leave a smile on your face.

Brad did a great job! And he has super good service and took care of me. Got tires 6 months ago and I had an issue and they took care of me right away and did it super quickly!
