Getting the car fixed was the easiest part of our accident experience. We were always greeted with a happy voice and all of our questions were answered swiftly. The repairs were done in a more than reasonable amount of time and you couldn't tell anything was ever damaged. Thank you!!!!

I stopped by Keene Auto Body in August of 2025 to get a quote for repair of a dent my car got in a parking lot. I was told their appraiser was out that day and given an appointment for September 9th 2025 which was no problem. When I came in for the appointment on September 9th I was told the appraiser wasn't in that day but the general manager came out and took all my information and took pictures of my car and told me the appraiser would be in touch in a few days. After hearing nothing for weeks I called back in mid October 2025 the receptionist was very apologetic found my file on the computer and said she would make sure the appraiser knew to get back to me asap. Fast forward to December 2025 still had not heard back from appraiser so I called again and was given the same apology and to

This place gets 3 stars because the actual repair to my truck is perfect. They were always nice when I called. They even put my emblem overlay back on a new emblem which is great. The not so great part was the amount of time the repair took and their automated system that was texting me “updates”. No one at the office knew what I was being texted. Any time I went in the office it felt very disorganized. No one was rude to me. Customer service just needs a little improvement.

Very friendly yet very professional. They kept me well informed as to the progress of My truck and their workmanship was outstanding. Our car was damaged by a truck part in the road. With no way to swerve around it we ran over it and the car was disabled. Keene inspected it and stated that it was only the radiator which the repaired/replaced. When we got back to mass it was making noise and overheating and soon broke down on the side of the highway having to be towed to the dealership. It turns out the radiator barely had any antifreeze in it and they "missed" the rear differential that the insurance would not cover as it wasn't caught by them initially and will now cost us 3k. Funny how the cost to us was exactly the 500 deductible. JS
