Love coming to this place! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming!
I hate dealing with this facility! The last time I got an oil change, I was there for two hours. When I inquired, she looked confused and went to check on my car. She came back and said they “are running behind.” However, everyone that came in after I did left long before I did. I looked outside and saw my car. They had forgotten mine! Last week I had to order a part. I could only order it through Kia. I had to pay upfront (I don’t mind that) and was told it would be there late Friday or early Saturday. This was on Wednesday. It’s now Tuesday and I called to check on it. Now they are saying it won’t be here til Thursday, although no one called to tell me this. I’m certain they didn’t order my part and ate just now ordering it!! I hate dealing with them, for anything!
Staff is very friendly.
