Keim Chevrolet Service

Now this is how a dealership service should be at every dealership!! I called and they had me scheduled for the next day. The young lady at the service desk was so very helpful to get my extended warranty for the work put through without a hitch. The service techs did a fantastic job with my trucks repairs and very quickly. I travel a lot for work and only in the area on occasion, I will be trying to schedule my truck with them Everytime I am home for anything my truck needs down to an oil change. Very very pleased with Keim Chevrolet!!! Out of all the dealerships that I've dealt with over the years, Keim sets the bar very high for satisfying service!!! Thank you again Keim Chevrolet for the great work!!

Keim has the best Service Dept. Luke is a awesome guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to help us. He's very good at his job. Thank you Luke. Also its not a easy job to replace a fuel rail. They gave us a fair price to do it. Were very happy and will not hesitate to call Keim in the future if needed. Again Thanks !!

The service advisor Luke was very customer service oriented and great! The service manager had an attitude. He designs and advertises 15% off coupons for parts and accessories and doesn't honor them when presented. This dealership needs to be more transparent when advertising and not try to get customers in the door. Marketing 101 Keim Chevrolet! Maybe it is a creative way to earn a bonus? Probably won't go back.

These are my 2004 Asphalt Black Chevy SSR people. Use them to repair any thing that goes wrong with in. Though my problem this time wasn't really solved. The vehicle is up to standard. So it like a personal problem of it's own. So it this time up and cruising still. You use in the future when needed.

Seem to be really nice people in service and they definitely try to get you in as fast as possible.
