Keith Judd's Pro-Service

Took my car for an oil change at a different shop and was told my Control Arms were bad and needed to be replaced. Went to a different shop to get another opinion and was told control arms were bad and also needed new struts. Both places wanted over $1500 for these repairs. Finally went to Judds, he looked at it and it turned out to be a loose bolt. Can you imagine my surprise. A loose bolt he charged my $33 and that was it. Everything else was fine. Finally a good and honest mechanic. Thanks again Keith!

I needed my hood sorted as it wouldn't shut correctly and my radiator fan wasn't working and he figured it out. Keith didn't charge me due to a financial situation I'm in and the only that thing I can do is leave him a 5 star review. I plan on using him in the future.

The heater in my daughter's car was not working properly, so I planned on going to the dealership. A friend recommended Keith Judd's Pro-Service and she said they could be trusted. I know absolutely nothing about engines, so I was glad to hear Judd's could be trusted. I didn't have an appointment when I visited today (1/6/2025), but the mechanic asked about the problem. The mechanic popped the hood and saw the engine was low on coolant. She filled the reservoir and told me to monitor the level in case there was an issue. It was a quick fix, but I still offered to pay. The mechanic said it was not necessary. This helped with my trust level. Hopefully the coolant doesn't turn out to be an issue, but if it does, I will be coming back to Judd's!

Took my 2010 Ford F-150 in for smoke coming thru the vents. Got it back with them saying they replaced the Freon because it was low & they recommended pressure washing the condenser or replacing it. They said they had driven it and saw no smoke out of the vents. I live 6 blocks away from here and I noticed the smoke on the 4th block. I don't believe they test drove it. They either misdiagnosed the leak in my heater core (I don't know how since the smell from the smoke was coolant related, not AC related), or they didn't want to pull the dashboard out to replace it. Got it fixed elsewhere instead.
