I needed to remove the lock ring on the fuel pump so I brought the whole gas tank to their shop. Being a mechanic myself, it was on their so tight and I didn't want to try any harder so I'm glad to have it done. They only charged me $97 which i thought was more than fair. I'll definitely be going back if their is anything I can't do myself or don't have the software/equipment to do. Thank you

Truck runs fine after new radiator, hoses and thermostat. Taking truck in for 15 yrs, a few fixes, tune ups and it still runs like new. Not bad for 20 yr old vehicle. Keith’s shop has Been the best I’ve found and recommended it to anyone.

Keith's Auto has been the worst experience I have ever had I took my 2014 Mercedes got diagnosed for timing chain. They gave me a quote of $2,400 once they had the car then they called me told me they made a mistake on the labor hours if I could meet them. Halfways which was another $1,000. Then they call me back and said that my sprockets need to be replaced. That was another $1,000 for a total of $4,600 Less than 3 months later my car is making the same noise. I took it back to them. Big checked. It told me that they would do the work for free. I waited 2 weeks before I could take it in once he had it. I had to keep following up to see where we were at as far as me getting my car back. Then they come back that it is a crankshaft chain and that it would be $3,100. I was very upset at the

I am disappointed in the communication at this shop. I did not get a service done here. However I went here because I needed a transmission code looked at in my daughters car. The google listing says transmission shop (see pic). I told him when I came in the code said that I needed a solenoid replaced in the transmission. He said he needed to to a diagnostic, which I was fine with and came the next day to drop the car. He called me several hours later to explain that it needed a pressure solenoid and that he doesn't do any internal service in transmissions. So my daughter is out the diagnostic fee (which he did discount to 99.) However why when I told him it needed a solenoid to begin with would he not tell me at that point we don't do internal transmission services so if that is the probl
