These guys saved me from a roadtrip disaster! During my move from NYC to Lexington, my 2015 Honda Fit was experiencing a host of electrical issues in the heavy rain—the worst of which was an acceleration issue that was making me and my friend worried for our safety. We decided to pull over in Lebanon, PA. We called many shops in the area, including Honda. No one would see us for a WEEK, even though we explained our situation to them. My hatchback was filled to the brim with the stuff I was moving, and we were 3 hours away from any friends. Brad answered the call and said of course they'd see us.
