Excellent customer service, with (as pictured) Logan, Kirsti, and Aaron, and several others, all ready to do their very best working on your car, truck, SUV, etc. If you have questions or want to know if they make certain repairs, your answers are a phone call away. They offer financing through Snap, Schrony, and Koalifi. They also offer rides too. Exceptional prices, great warranties, and everything you want in a vehicle repair shop!!!

I brought my 2010 Mini Cooper to them after going to 3 other auto shops that I just didn’t trust. Kirstey greeted me and instantly put my mind at ease while Tristan, Jose, Aaron, & Colton went over my car with a fine tooth comb. I needed front and back brakes, a new compressor, an oil pan gasket, & a gas cover gasket. My car was there for several days. Kirstey called me every day with updates and videos which I appreciated! Then she asked me to come in so the guys can show and tell me exactly what was going on. They were all so patient and very knowledgeable! I trusted them immediately AND they are so reasonably priced and gave me several financing options. I am so glad I found Keller Alliance! They are just so honest and trustworthy. AND they have vast experience working on Mini Coopers

My experience this week at Keller alliance auto was fantastic. All the employees were extremely nice. They extended themselves to make sure I was taken care of. My myfather and I brought his car in for an inspection. They were very patient with him and did a great job we're very efficient. I brought my car in the next day had some work done and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this auto repair shop anyone from Keller nearby it's located 377 and Heritage.

Absolute Waste of Time – Zero Accountability or Communication I almost never write reviews, but this place earned it. I dropped my car at Keller Alliance Auto Repair Shop on December 22, 2025, before 11:00 AM for a power steering leak diagnostic. I was told the car wouldn’t be looked at immediately and might be checked later that day or early the next morning. Fine. I agreed to leave the car. They offered an Uber ride home— to which, I expressed my gratitude immediately. Later that evening at 4:45 PM, I called for an update. Kolten told me "the car just got pulled into the bay” and promised to call me back before closing (6:00 PM) to provide an update. That call never came. The next morning December 23rd at 9:00 AM (today), I called again. Kristin, same lady who I saw & spoke to yeste

This is the first time I’ve been to this shop since ownership changed hands. This is the only reason I am not rating them at 5 stars. I am not the type to give full trust after just one interaction. That said, I had a perfectly normal and reasonable experience here. The customer service was good. The repair was well done and done quickly. Took my vehicle to them today to have my front passenger window repaired. Asked if they could expedite the repair. They answered my questions and worked with me until we found a solution that worked for everyone involved. I know that some people in the reviews are upset that our previous mechanic is gone but the place seems to be in good hands still. I will be taking my vehicle back for more extensive repairs and report back on if the review stays at
