As someone who just moved here and has owned GMC’s for the almost 15 years and multiple vehicles ….my first impressions was horrible customer service. My GMC broke down on Sunday. I showed up at 7:35 am this morning. I didn’t have an appt (broke down Sunday morning) but Firestone, who gave amazing customer service said take your car to the dealership so I did. As soon as they opened, I was second in line and immediately seen. Staff was friendly. However, I was told it would take 3 days to get me a diagnostics on what could be wrong as they were really busy and I didn’t have an appt. I was also told it was going to be over $500, as an estimate, to tell me what was wrong. I asked if there was a courtesy vehicles or rentals. I was told no they don’t do rentals. My experience at Keller’s was great, this is the third vehicle I bought from keller’s. Julio was great to work with as well as Jimmy. When I’m ready to buy my next vehicle, I’m sure I will be going back. Also, there service department is great.

My experience with Keller GMC was all I could have hoped it would be. From being greeted kindly and shown exactly what I was there to check out, to the quick and easy initial financing option, to being given time and space to consider my options. Things couldn't have been a better initial impression and early interactions during my vehicle buying process. And once I said "yes, let's do it" they were just as good to me. The finance department made sure I had my best available deal even changing for the better while I was in the room signing papers. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with fuel and ready to go by the time the paperwork was done. Absolutely wonderful service, top to bottom, and I look forward to future interactions.
