Excellent customer service. Exceeded my expectations. I will always use Kelley GMC for all my vehicle needs. I was quoted an astronomical repair price initially by Bartow Ford for my F250 diesel truck. Kelley GMC gave the correct diagnosis and made the correct repairs for only a fraction of the cost in a very short amount of time. Hands down 5 star company.

Bought a new GMC 3500 truck from Kelley Buick in Bartow and waited almost 3 months for delivery. Went to pick it up and the detail kid backed it into a pole. Needless to say, I didn't get the truck that day. They sent the truck to the Body Shop for repairs and advised it would be 10 days. Went by the Body Shop and John was SUPER accommodating and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Ending up getting the truck in 3 days. If you need any body work done, John is your guy.

They did an outstanding job on my GMC. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received and the work they did on my truck. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you John for everything

Little PUSHY but can understand everyone got to make a living.. worst part they sold the car I was interested in happy for the lucky one .. nice mustang 5.0

They try to rip you off when you get a car repairs said they would help then changed there mind then after they got paid they still didn't want to give me my car back
