I BOUGHT MY TRUCK IN TOLD THE TECH THAT THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON YESTERDAY THE TRANSMISSION WASN'T SHIFTING CORRECTLY THEY CALLED ME TOLD ME IT WAS INTERNIAL OF THE TRANSMISSION I GAVE THEM MY WARRANTY CLAIM NUMBER 2 DAYS LATER CALLED ME SAID THE TRUCK WAS ALL SET THAT I OWED $100.00 MY DEDUCTABLE THE TRUCK RUNS GREAT THANK YOU SO MUCH I HAD NO STREE AT ALL

It has been a year since I have had my 2013 GMC Acadia transmission serviced and completely rebuilt by Alberto at Kelly's transmission and all I can say is my car is running still great since the day I had my transmission rebuilt. I would recommend anyone who needs a transmission rebuilt to come and see Alberto at Kelly's Transmission in Pawtucket if you want honest and professional work done by a master at his craft then look no further and come and get your transmission serviced here at Kelly's transmission, I tell you the truth, I love the way this guy works and how he make sure that everything is running smoothly in your vehicle. Giving this establishment five stars is not enough thank you once again guys

My car was held for a long time and 3000 miles was put on it while it was being held.Not recommended supposedly it was fix For free because I have a warranty but i'm paying for the warranty so it is not free

Brought my car in for transmission fluid change/flush, was quoted one price over the phone then given a different price when job was done. After picking car up, mechanic says there might be a leak and to monitor it. Yes it was leaking transmission fluid. Ended up bringing my car to Herb Chambers Honda and apparently the drain plug to the transmission was incorrect for the car. Replacing the plug meant having the fluid flushed again and repeating the job I just spent $120 doing at Kelly's. Don't bother with this place, mechanics here can't even tell you if the drain plug to your transmission is correct or not, never mind a more complex job for these guys...go elsewhere.

Paid for a full transmission rebuild. Cost me around $3,000. Left there and the transmission was still slipping. Owner told me he was too busy to take a look at the problem. Then told me it was not covered under the 1 yr warranty and I would need to pay to get it fixed. This was after I paid for a FULL transmission rebuild. They take no responsobility for thier work. Do not take your vehicle here. I explained this to other transmission shops since and they could not believe this place is still in business. Please take your business and money else where.
