I’m not quite sure how to review this dealership. They were kind and professional and willing to work with me on the price and I felt like I got a fair deal but here is where it gets complicated. I paid cash for the title and a temporary tag. I thought I’d done a fairly good check of everything on the car prior to buying it but I missed two things. The drivers side rear window won’t roll down and the drivers side mirror literally came off. Simple fixes but had I have caught them earlier I would’ve offered less than I did. Other than that the car drives amazing and it’s beautiful. Note: This was bought As Is/No Warranty Update 4/22/2025 I wanted to do this ahead of time but I was pressed for time and bought the car without taking it to Audi to have them look everything over. Put a 100 dollar deposit on a car. They said they would hold it while I got the money together. SURPRISE SURPRISE: no refund on deposits. And they sold the car they said they would hold. When the head boss said "no refunds on deposits" I said "I'm glad I only put 100$" And he verbatim said "yeah you would have lost out on more" Crooks.

Had a very good experience at Kelly & Kelly. Timothy, our sales rep was helpful in finding a good, reliable "first" car for one of my children to buy. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and led us to a low milage car. Once we expressed interest, he took us inside to speak with the manager, Kevin. Kevin brought out a deal for our consideration. After some thought and number crunching I presented a counter offer. He proceeded to crunch numbers on his end and was able to meet us at a good price, a manageable monthly payment, with down-payment and financing. It's clear to me that he was interested in earning our business and wanted to be fair. We drove off the lot with the car and are happy with the service provided.

Did credit app at 11am. Called to check on it round 345pm. "Mind you I just had one ran 25min prior and received information one down-payment within that 25min time frame else where" They sent me to a middle man name Carson instead of Kevin. Carson said he didnt know anything yet and that he hasn't had time to check cause he was busy. So I said oh you guys busy selling cars and he says No im setting up advertisements! So there for they didnt care about selling the car. The car is 17yrs old 200k miles And found same car 7yrs newer same price and 80k less miles. All these cars are over priced and cheaper everywhere else. EVERYONE SAVE ID SAVE MY MONEY AND SHOP AROUND BEFORE EVER GLANCING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN
