All the negative reviews claiming dishonesty or anything similar are a scammer. Someone who tried to scam Kelly Auto and it didn’t end up how they wanted so they are upset that their attempt to themselves be dishonest didn’t work out. People who have done business with Kelly Automotive know the integrity of not only the business but the family who has been in the car industry for 60+ years. Don’t believe the claims of anything else. Sad deal that a great family company is trying to be slandered by a dishonest company who tried to scam. Kelly Auto is a great place to buy!

Bought a vehicle from this place, since it came has a check engine light and isn't running properly. Customer support is basically owner yelling at you and then ghosting completely. On top of all transport of the vehicle was included in the total cost, when poor trucking company came to deliver they expected payment. Owner organized the transport and didn't pay for it as was agreed and I had to pay the trucking company so they release the vehicle to me. Think twice before you buy a vehicle from this place.

Great place to buy, sell or trade in your automobile!! Up front, honest family owned business. I was made aware of an individual who attempted to scam this business & when they didn’t succeed, they recruited their friends to all post negative reviews about this business which are completely false. This place has been in business since 2000 and before that Mr. Kelly was the manager at AB Kelly Motors (Chevy, Buick, Oldsmobile). He’s got decades of experience in the car business and you don’t sustain that type of longevity by being dishonest or a scammer as the negative reviews are trying to claim. WARNING ALL TRANSPORTERS!! This guy is absolutely SCAMER!!!! We delivered a vehicle for this owner name Kelly. He waited till 3 am for driver to come, and as soon as driver got vehicle off the trailer, he took it inside of his garage without paying for delivery and without signing for delivery, found a small scratch in front of a bumper, and told the driver to wait until 8.30 am. Then he showed up at 10 am telling my driver he got estimate of 500 dollars for the scratch. Owner of the transportation company called in to figure this out, so he needs to pay full amount for delivery, because job was done, and driver needs to go, but damage will be paid to the company who fix it, but instead Kelly pull his gun out and kick driver out of the property. It seemed like a place to go, great deals, awesome cars. Until I got the car, the moment I got it it had issues, even tho it ran fine when i test drove it. I fell in love with it so fast. I've only had it over a year and the issues keep coming. Only had 119000 miles on it and already spent almost 2000 in car repairs. I went to him with the issues and he literally told me to ignore the check engine light, until it breaks down. He literally told me, 49 ignore the problem until my car broke down. I was so angry, I put a huge down-payment down (more than I wanted) I get its a used car but he should have made sure it was better and told me ALL the issues. Will never go to him again and will never recommend anyone to go to this scam artist.
