I had my regular 9,000 mls maintenance service rotate tires, change oil , etc. Was welcome by Dan Rutledge customer service who offer to look for discount before he did anything to my Rouge (I think that was cool) n he was great. While I waited I went wondering around for a new Rouge and was helped by Irah Smith, though he knew I was not interested in a new lease or purchase as of now…. Took his time n show me around and even gave me a quote 👍🏼. Price for service was decent. Will recommend visiting Kelly Nissan, Easton, PA.
Honestly, the service department at Kelly Nissan is why I bought another Nissan. I love the people who work there, everyone is very nice, especially Larry. I always feel like they aren’t trying to sell me services I don’t need and he always remembers me (and my car). I also feel like I can trust them when I think something is going wrong with my car to take care of it quickly and easily. It feels like a personal touch! Would definitely recommend!
New employee Dan was amazing! He was patient, gentle and kind. The staff there are genuine people and are always smiling and kind. I came in for my 90,000 mile service. Everything was perfect without any issues. Great service department! Great service team! I worked with Larry. He’s an excellent customer service representative. My company has several vehicles and even though some of them are not Nissans, I bring all my vehicles to Larry for servicing. I highly recommend this service department and I highly recommend working with Larry. He knows how to take care of customers in a professional and courteous manner.
