Honestly, I have mixed feelings. We bought a 2016 BMW on 12/2/2025. 2 days later the car was having issues, most of which were not covered by warranty. Chris took care of everything that wasn’t covered, which we are extremely grateful for. Got the car back on 12/18/25. Everything was great until 1/15/2026 when my check engine light came on and once again, we are left with a costly repair not covered under the warranty because not only is it not included in the level warranty we purchased, even if it was “advanced electrical” is excluded from the 6 month plan that was purchased. They made it seem like the proguard 3 warranty would cover all major issues. I feel like that was misleading. It’s going to cost about $500 to fix a car that’s barely been driven for 1 month and has only been driven

The car we bought needed 4k worth of maintenance less than 3 months after purchasing the already expensive vehicle. They were unwilling to accommodate us or assist with any of the repairs. They asked for a 5 star review as soon as we purchased the car but I’m glad i waited to write an honest review. The sales man was very pushy and kept talking over us. I Don’t recommend wasting your time. They cut corners so you’re on the hook for a long term headache of a vehicle.

Frank and his staff were professional, yet very relaxed and low key. I found a great car at a fair price, and the process was quick, no pressure....as easy as a trip to your favorite Wawa! Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on what you want to purchase and valuation of the car you like. Frank and his team will make car buying as easy as it can be. Remember you are also supporting a local small business. Absolutely 100% would buy again from Kelly's Kars. Updaye : Two years and 15000 miles later, haven't had to repair anything major. New brakes and tires, fluids changed regularly and still running great. Update 1/2/2026 Three and a half years and 22000 miles. Car runs and looks great. Went to buy my son’s first car from Kelly’s Kars and the process was so easy and worry free. So helpful, fast service, and one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car! Thank you for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience! I want to update this review. Not even a week after we purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on, called Frank, and he told us to bring it over to his mechanic and they would take care of it. That was fine. About three weeks later, the check engine light came on again. Same deal, brought it to the mechanic, Frank took care of it. Now we are about a month later, the check engine light is back on, the car shakes when stopped, it is very loud, the air conditioner is dumping water onto the floor, and this feels unsafe to drive at this point, especia

An honest establishment. As someone with not a lot of experience buying a car, they were patient with me, more than helpful every step of the way, and as friendly as I could have asked. I would definitely recommend Kelly’s Kars to anyone looking to buy.
