Too busy to have good service. Dropped tire off with rim, explained the symptoms and what needed to happen, apparently they ignored me. Couple days later, called ahead to verify the tire was complete, they said it was done. Showed up and surprise, it’s flat. Reexplained the bead had an issue and was told they’d get to it. So I came back later and so far it works. Are they capable? Yes, well, so far the tire isn’t flat. Did they waste my time and ignore me, also yes. There are other shops off Commercial capable of the repairs and are more polite. This shop is busy and has bumped into their threshold, support other businesses.

I was at Madison county high school, I called @ 2:46pm they told me a hour before maybe a hour and a half before arrival, @ 3:22pm they showed up, and I was on the road in less than 15 min with the blown tire on my inside dual, I left and was on the road in less than a hour from my call. I have never had customer service better than that in any form of customer service, much less roadside semi truck tire repair. Mind you he had a 22 min drive with no traffic. They knocked it out of the park.

We support & use Kelly’s for our commercial trucks anyway. Today, I had a blowout right in front of their shop just a few minutes before they closed. They took care of me without batting an eye. And we appreciate it!

These ppl wow! They worked on half my tires and said I would need to leave and come back after lunch so they could work on a truck in the parking lot that was more important. I had already been waiting in line to get in the bay for an hour and a half. They then forgot to give me my extra tire back and sent me on my way and wouldn't even help load it. Despicable service won't be back.

It's been about 3 weeks since I had these guys put new tires and do a front end alignment on my F250 and I couldn't be happier .I love the tires and the steering is tighter than ever. We made the appointment and ordered tires all over phone and when I finally met them to pay I was impressed with how nice they were. Super service. Best prices in town and out of town. I will definitely be using again.
