Very satisfied with there service on my 2019 silverado. Fast repair and outstanding service. Stood behind there work. Will be coming back for any work I may need on any thing I own. There price was half as much as the delealer ship was asking. Nicest people I've ever had to do business with. Highly recommended to anyone who needs car or truck repairs. I was recommended to come here by Harris Supply. I needed AC repaired in my vehicle, walked them through what I knew was going on with it before it went out, and what I'd done to try and fix it. They were informative during the process and they didn't try to upsell me for anything I didn't go in for. I will definitely return when I need vehicle repairs in the future.

If I could give Keltner Auto a 0 I would. Took my car there in January for some general maintenance and asked them to check out the timing chain due to my car making a rattling sound. I was told previously by another mechanic that the timing chain sounds loose. They charged us a pretty penny for what we thought was a replacement of the timing chain and some other miscellaneous things. But after getting the car back the rattling noise was worse. We took it back in about a week later for them to diagnose the noise, they reported that they didn’t hear a noise. We left thinking maybe it was a noise that would come and go and decided to drive the car and see if it would go away. Took my Nissan Pathfinder to the dealership and they put it on their diagnostic for $177.00 dollars. After 3 hours we were given 4 different problems that it could possibly have been at over $5000 to repair. Was not worth the repair. Left the vehicle with Keltner, and they put a new spark plug and coil on one cylinder, which did not fix it. They did not give up and found a bad fuel injector in that cylinder. Fixed it for free!! Best shop in RVK in my opinion.

My boyfriend was recommended here to fix his engine. We had just bought the vehicle and we still had temp tags on the vehicle. The guy kept our vehicle for 3 weeks, no phone calls to update us on his progress or anything. Then he finally calls us and tells us he can't do it we would have to take it to a dealership to get it fixed. The temp tags had only 2 days left on them. So we took it to the dealership like he said and come to find out it is a waterpump and serpentine belt that needs replacing and he couldn't do this sort of work, really?!? 3 weeks to tell us he couldn't fix our vehicle and it wasn't the motherboard like we were told it was and he's the only one in town that can fix it. We will NEVER bring our vehicles here again even if he could fix it. Don't trust him. Don't recommend
