The battery on my hybrid Camry died and they replaced it and the 12v battery quickly. I took it back for some repairs not related to the mechanical aspects of the car and they took care of that quickly as well. Plus, they reset my clock, which I neglected to do after we "fell back" last weekend (that they took care of such a little thing really pleased me somehow). Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job. Can't recommend them enough.

I myself had these guys take care of my mustang and they did a phenomenal job identifying the problem and then getting straight to solving it... then I brought my mother up there to have some work done on hers as well and they took good care of her car also! These gentlemen are passionate about cars, their tradesmenship, and helping customers and I advise anyone and everyone that has an issue with their cars and wants someone that they can trust work on it and not try to get over on them to come check they guys out... they are good at what they do and very professional...thanks again guys!!

When I went to go pick up my car after it was fixed, no one was there to hand me my keys back. I called the mechanic in charge to see where everyone was so I can get my keys. He just said that my keys were left on top of the driver side tire. After that I never went back. Someone could've stolen my car.

Virginia State Vehicle Inspection. Great service. Able to call and schedule the morning of. Showed up and left in around 30 minutes.

The shop owner Alex is a scholar and a gentlemen. He and his brother are experienced mechanics who know what they are doing and genuinely care about helping out their customers. I have taken both of my cars in for major service. Alex took care of the problem thoroughly and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Kempsville Car Care Center.
