I flew in to pick up the truck and he had someone meet meat the airport about 20 minutes away and drive me to the dealership! That’s first class service! When I got there, the truck was everything he said it was. The buying process went smoothly and I left with my new truck. There was an issue with the buttons not working properly for the radio and climate control. James took over and found out how I could use other buttons for now, he figured out the problem and since I’m a former ASE master tech, he had the part drop shipped to my house.
