Mixed reviews here. I'm very happy with my car. But...caveat emptor, as always. Service (Robert) has been amazing and the GM (Dustin) was great and handled my requests immediately once I was pointed in his direction, but my two salesmen (Alejandro and Donald) literally disappeared as soon as my documents were signed, and I had items that still needed to be addressed. My brakes were squeaky and Alejandro told me to come in (45 minutes from where I live) and go to service just to be told after I arrived that I need an appointment. That wasted time soured the whole experience with sales. Plus they've ignored all my texts since then. Their detailers either don't know what they're doing or they're using crappy products. I’m not exactly happy with the service under the new owner. I recently at the beginning of November took my car to get serviced. I have taken it here for service since I bought my car from them in 2021. I got an oil change and a transmission fluid change. About 2 days after my car started making weird shuddering (rumbling) noises when stopped at stoplights. I tried to chalk it up to the weather changing but it hasn’t stopped.. However tonight I decided to look under the hood to just see if anything was weird. To my surprise I immediately noticed the oil stain on top of the engine. It looks like whoever changed the oil spilled it all over the place and tried to wipe it off…. I know paying over $100 for an oil change for this type of work is not okay.
