Had a great experience with Diane at Ken Lugibihl Truck Center. They were honest, straight forward, and easy to deal with. Being that I was out of state, I was a little worried about purchasing a truck without putting eyes on it. They provided me with all the DOT inspection reports, pictures, weight slips, and walk around videos that made me confident in my purchase. Purchased the truck on a Friday, showed up to my warehouse on Monday and was super clean inside and out just like the pictures. Diane even threw in a bag of local Caramel corn from Ohio in the cab! Overall great experience

We all know how used equipment can be. I had a few bad experiences. After finding this dealership I made a call on a unit they had. Diana was very upfront about the unit and assured me everything was ready to go! I happen to have a friend that lives in bluffton and he went and test drove the truck and checked it out for me. He advised they were spot on. We wired the money and made the 3 hr drive to pickup the truck. I'm very happy and will be back to buy another piece of equipment! Ken and Diana run a very professional and helpful business for the working men and women! We don't have time for hassles and they removed that from the process!

Just purchased my first, but not last, sight unseen truck from Lugibihl. Making it tough was the fact that it was a 2014 Utility truck. Dealt with Diana, Ken and Randy, all said truck was in great shape. Paperwork, of course, stated "As Is" all over it. received the truck in a few days, was in excellent shape. The truck went out to a job the day after, and the check engine light came on. Brought it to one of our mechanic shops, the codes indicated turbo problems. Called Lugibihl, talked to Randy, he seemed interested in knowing what the problem was. He asked for the name of the shop, called them direct. Turned out to be a $250.00 sensor, I figured all was over and done, not a bad ending. Received a call from Randy saying to check my email and sign the reimbursement paperwork for the repai

I live in Alaska and have a trucking business here. Over the past 40 years I've made over a dozen trips to the lower 48 to get trucks. My last trip I bought a truck from Ken and Diana at Lugibihl truck sales. By far the best experience I've had purchasing a truck. Extremely courteous, very nice facility, were incredibly helpful, and stand behind they're trucks. I'll definitely check there first next time I'm in the market for another truck!
