I flew all the way from CA to buy my '25 Chevy Blazer at Kendall - primarily because Spencer was phenomenal at quickly answering my many calls & texts, and he provided all the info I needed to make my decision. Plus, Spencer picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Such great customer service! Mike in Finance also made our car buying experience a happy one. My overall experience with the customer service was great. Very friendly, upfront and helpful. As for the service tech working on my vehicle, it was utterly pointless for me to take my vehicle there. The diagnostic test was not done very thorough. Yes, I did learn that my values weren’t leaking, or sticking, but they couldn’t tell what the problem was. All the tech wanted to do, is to throw parts and money at the problem and hope it got fixed. This is quite literally why the general public including myself does not want to take their vehicles to dealerships anymore. All it is, is a money making Ponzi scheme. HOLY COW!!!!! To start this story i have been waiting to purchase a GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. I was saving my pennies and watching car guru for the perfect truck. On 3/6/26 i got an alert about a truck I saved incase the price came down to my range had almost sold. Look at it and see it was down in the ballpark. Messaged the dealer to make sure it was still there because it is a 9hr drive from Home.
