I had an excellent experience with my service advisor (Karel Duarte of Kendal Hyundai ) . From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without pressure and gave me assistance with my car service. Communication was clear, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. I truly appreciated his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable service advisor! Great Job!!!!!.

Came in for an oil change and first of all waited almost 3 and a half hours for a simple oil change. Have always had some sort of issue with Hyundai dealerships since they all act the same but this one surpasses them. Slow, unresponsive and most importantly they simply don’t care. Have gone in for service for almost 2 years and they continue to act the same. All of their service advisors leave and so everytime I go back for any services and ask for the same service advisor, they don’t work there anymore so you get a new person everytime. Went in for the oil change which has always been $109 plus a credit charge fee which normally comes out to $113 which is still crazy for an oil change but besides the point. Service personnel are very friendly and very attentive I had a couple of concerns and they took care of me right away. The sales staff was extremely amazing on my purchase of the vehicle. Thank you Kendall Hyundai

The process was seamless. The service advisor Sergio gave great customer service and explained everything clearly. The video from the mechanic is a nice touch.

Extremely unprofessional. Left car before 9:30am. Still have not received a call in regards to car updates, called multiple times, spoke to remote operator & they sent multiple “expedited” messages requesting a call from the team.
