Kendall Kia of Nampa

Where do I even begin? We went to the Kendall dealership well over a year ago looking for a new car or truck. We had the pleasure of meeting Scott. Life happened and we had to put our purchase on hold for a while. He checked in every so often about life, not just buying a car from him. Fast forward to this year and we were ready. Went back there and Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND, along with the Kendall team, to get me my brand new car that I’ve worked so hard for. Never felt so important and special at a dealership before. They should be your first stop when you decide to purchase a vehicle!!

I shopped Kia dealerships all over the PNW and ultimately gave my business to Kendall for a variety of reasons. The single biggest reason was transparency. One of the other locations (an hour closer to me) kept changing prices, forgetting rebates, options, the sale price, etc. Then they said they'd match Kendall and give me a little more on trade. Right before I drove up there, it changed again, and I was over it. So, I went the other direction (4 hours to Kendall). As an air traffic controller working 6 days a week, time is precious and communication is key. We had a great experience working with our salesman Adam. While we came in knowing what we wanted, a Kia Sorento Hybrid, he helped us find the right features and interior/exterior colors. He was patient with us while we thought over our options and made sure we had all the available information. After the sale was completed he went out of his way to grab a few things we left in our trade in vehicle and set them aside for us to pick up the next day. Overall we had a great experience with the Kendall team, from sales to finance to service and accessories, everything has been great!

Matt Lashley at Kendall Kia/ Chevrolet did a great job helping me get into my new Sportage. So happy with the experience! He was knowledgeable, didn’t pressure us. I appreciate the transparency in cost. Kendall’s lowest price deal was accurate. I got a good deal on my trade in. The Manager initially came introduced himself then Matt.
