Everyone in the service and parts department has a positive and professional demeanor. Their customer service is excellent. They are speedy and ensure they explain things in laymen terms. They have free beverages and popcorn, too! The reason I'm giving 4 stars is their kids corner kiddo play room. It needs some significant love that room. It had small pieces of broken and sharp toys everywhere - choking hazard! The toys were mis-match and frustrating for the kids to even use. Books missing pages and torn apart. Things crooked on the wall. The child chairs were warped. It was not pleasant for the kiddos and certainly unsafe. Feedback was provided and the staff seemed receptive. I truly hope this area is fixed!
The service department has always been Awesome. Glad to see Nick Bailey back. I personally have had 2 of my friends buy Subaru's from Roy Robinson.
