*Update* In my law enforcement experience working directly with tow companies in Florida, they are in fact charging incorrectly. This place is nothing but a scam. They deal very shady with everything they do. They DO NOT take any card payments. They demanded cash or cash app when we got ther after we tried to pay with card. They had the car for only a few hours and charged almost $500. They scheduled to travel through the neighborhoods looking for random cars to tow and grabbed ours. Even though they were already there and planned to drive those neighborhoods we were charged for their mileage to drive up there. I know this because her calendar on the wall showed they planned to drive through the neighborhoods. This place and the unintelligent woman up front is a joke. Avoid at all costs. T

I had my car towed as I inadvertently parked in a tow-away area. After reading the negative reviews, I was a little nervous to pick up my car the next day. That being said, with regard to my experience, my calls to them were returned quickly, one of the employees quickly came to let me in so I could grab my personal belongings, and my car was in the exact condition I left it when I came to get it the next day. Obviously, try to not get your car towed like I did but if you do and its towed by Kendall, rest assured it will be kept safe and returned exactly as you left it.

Great service ,fast , professional,and very fair price.I broke down on the 191 on ramp to 95 from Wickham Rd. I called my roadside assistance and they informed me that I had already used them in a 24 hour period so it would be $259 out of pocket. I then decided to call around and most of the companies were going to be over an hour before they could reach me and it would be around $200 for an 18 mile tow. I then called Kendall and spoke with Gigi Lawson who was very easy to talk to funny kind and worked out a great price and was to me in 20 min.When arriving the truck was newer,clean and the driver was so fast I didn't realize we were ready to go. Overall great experience for being broke down and I won't call a different Tow company again

While assisting Brevard Co Sheriff’s deputies on the scene of a fatal accident. One of your drivers, verbally and nearly physically assaulted me in the middle of US 1. As I lunged out of his way to avoid being run down, the red Christmas ribbon I had found in the grass, left my hand and with the east wind, blew into his windshield. At which time he then stopped, which is all he needed to do in the first place, jumped out and proceeded to then threaten to kill me for throwing things on his truck. Manly man stuff then fell out of his mouth and I’m sure it made him feel better. After point out that someone had just died in that wreck, he screamed he could care less. At this point I decided that I’d rather live another day so I fell all over myself apologizing to him so he’d let me live. Great

Hilarious no wonder why this place has a 2.5 rating. They got some hobo out there putting stickers on people’s cars in my apartment complex. I confirmed with my apartment complex There’s no signs for Towing and there’s Nothing in my lease stating no expired tags on property So they have this dude leaving stickers that don’t peel off nicely leaves a ugly white residue on your windshield. My tags just expired two days ago and I already before they expired bought A renewal they are coming through the mail because I did it online Threatened to tow my vehicle off the property.. This towing company is so broke and craving money. They’re going on random properties and placing tags for expired when they can’t even confirm if it’s truly expired because you look in the system and run my tag and it’s
