Kendall Value Lot of Nampa

We have purchased 2.5 vehicles at this place and all I will say is BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. Amazing sales people. Absolute garbage vehicles. The RAM we bought from them went into limp mode at less tan 30 miles after purchase. Found to have a blown transmission. We got the sale cancelled and exchanged for a Duramax GMC that so far, has been ok. My Durango has needed an air conditioning compressor, water pump/radiator repair. Today, I am stranded in a parking lot with the dash lights flashing and vehicle won’t start. Take your chances elsewhere. This car has less than 100k miles and only 78k when I bought it. This place polishes them up real nice, but the quality is terrible. They sell you on the lie that they are completely checked by the manufacturer dealer prior to preparin

So I first went to Toyota Pearson which was complete garbage. I can in here after and these guys were awesome. Greg was freaking awesome. Not pushy at all. Just asked me what I was looking for and game me a few suggestions. Supper chill but also very professional. The sales and finance team also did an amazing job at helping explain the product. I have been looking to purchase a car for a year now. I have been to all of the major car dealerships/value lots and also a variety of the smaller dealers in search of my new - used vehicle and been quite shocked and dismayed from the experience. This bad experience with the dealers pushed me to Facebook sales where I did not find a vehicle that met my needs. They had a Replacement Tundra that was an Acceptable Value and They were Patient to work with Me for what I needed to replace a Rear End Wrecked Tundra I was still able to drive.

Kevan was our sales person and he was very friendly and helpful with the purchase of our vehicle. Whenever I messaged him he was quick to reply back and made the purchase very smooth and easy. We have less then perfect credit and they were still able to find us a vehicle that suited our needs.
